Once upon a time, there lived a poor servant girl named Cinderella. She was a patient, tender and kind girl. His days were long and tiring. Full of the most boring and worst housework.
Washing the floor, washing the clothes, dusting the shelves and cooking food were the tasks that she had to do during the day. Cinderella was forced to work from morning to evening without receiving a single Penny.

The woman made a bed with a walnut shell and a blanket out of rose petal for her. So Thumbelina had a soft and cozy bed to sleep every night.
One night, While Thumbelina was sleeping, a frog came by and see her through the window!
Wow! Such a beautiful girl! She would be a great bride for my son! He thought to himself.
So he grabbed Thumbelina and headed back to his house. Seeing his future bride, his son was happy.
I will marry her, daddy! But first, I have to build her a beautiful house.

تجهیزات مورد استفاده
میله آهنی برای بازوی آهنی جلو استفاده می شود. وزن میله المپیک 20.5 کیلوگرم است که البته وزن انواع میله ها متفاوت است. شما می توانید با اضافه کردن وزنه های صفحه هالتر خود، شدت تمرین ساعد خود را افزایش دهید. اما تمرین چکش ساعد با دمبل انجام می شود. شما نمی توانید دست ها و آرنج های خود را با هالتر در همان حالتی که با پرس ساعد قرار می دهید قرار دهید.
تمرین
از آنجایی که این دو تمرین شامل یک گروه مشترک از عضلات، یعنی عضله دوسر بازویی، عضله بازویی قدامی و عضله ساعد است. این دو تمرین معمولاً در یک تمرین گنجانده می شوند. کسانی که به دنبال افزایش حجم و عضله سازی هستند از انجام این دو تمرین بیشترین سود را خواهند برد. چهار تا شش ست ساعد هالتر و چهار تا شش ست ساعد چکشی انجام دهید.

نحوه دی اکتیو کردن اینستاگرام چگونه است
این ویژگی علاوه بر اینکه میتوانید از آن استفاده کنید و پست مورد علاقه خود را از طریق اپلیکیشن اینستاگرام روی تلفن همراه خود به اشتراک بگذارید، از طریق نسخه تحت وب آن در رایانه شما نیز در دسترس است.
در مقاله زیر به نحوه اشتراک گذاری پست در اینستاگرام پرداخته ایم.
قبل از شروع، باید بدانید که مهم نیست از چه مرورگر یا سیستم عامل دسکتاپ استفاده می کنید.
نحوه اشتراک گذاری عکس ها در اینستاگرام با استفاده از کامپیوتر
ابتدا مرورگر مورد نظر خود را باز کنید و وارد شبکه اجتماعی مورد نظر خود شوید.
سپس آدرس جستجوی Instagram.com را وارد کرده و اینتر را بزنید.
در این مرحله باید با وارد کردن نام کاربری، شماره یا آدرس ایمیل خود به همراه رمز عبور وارد حساب اینستاگرام خود شوید.
برای به اشتراک گذاری یک عکس از طریق رایانه خود، فقط روی علامت '+' کلیک کنید.
سپس در قسمت Create a new post بر روی گزینه آبی رنگ Choose from computer کلیک کنید تا بتوانید ویدیوی مورد نظر را انتخاب کنید.
سپس تصویر مورد نظر را انتخاب کنید.
Next را کلیک کنید و وارد صفحه ویرایش تصویر شوید، اگر تصویر شما نیاز به ویرایش دارد، این کار را انجام دهید، اگر نه، از ویرایش صرفنظر کنید.
سپس در صفحه بعد می توانید متن، موقعیت مکانی و هشتگ های مرتبط را به عکس خود اضافه کنید.
در این مرحله بر روی گزینه اشتراک گذاری و سپس بر روی گزینه ایجاد پست جدید کلیک کنید تا عکس خود را به اشتراک بگذارید.
نحوه اشتراک گذاری ویدیو در اینستاگرام با استفاده از کامپیوتر
ابتدا مرورگر مورد نظر خود را باز کنید.
سپس آدرس جستجوی Instagram.com را وارد کرده و اینتر را بزنید.

سپس در صفحه بعدی میتوانید متن، موقعیت مکانی و هشتگهای مرتبط را در صورت تمایل به ویدیوی خود اضافه کنید.
در این مرحله بر روی گزینه اشتراک گذاری کلیک کنید و سپس بر روی گزینه ایجاد پست جدید کلیک کنید تا ویدیو خود را به اشتراک بگذارید.
